The Feel-Good Flywheel
Staying healthy is hard: life is busy, willpower wanes, and it takes time to see results. Earn it harnesses the power of behavioural science to help people develop sustainable habits that nourish their mind, body, and soul.
Employers and businesses give their staff and customers a monthly cash allowance. To earn their allowance (which we call ‘Creds’), members complete tasks that boost their physical and mental wellbeing.
Members can spend their Creds on anything they like from our curated marketplace of high street retailers and up-and-coming brands.
The result is a feel-good flywheel. Rewards drive consistency that makes habits stick.
The key principles
Make it small, make it SMART
We swap vague goals like “get healthy” for small, achievable and clearly-defined actions (a lunchtime stroll, an early night, a breathing exercise).
Choose what works for you
Members pick which tasks they complete across four categories (wellness, exercise, habits, move). They’re free to choose activities they genuinely enjoy and which fit with their existing routine.
Loss aversion = momentum
Research shows that people feel the pain of loss twice as intensely as the pleasure of gain. The prospect of losing Creds is a powerful motivator to get strolling, pedalling or stretching.
Rewards people actually want
Members can pay for everyday essentials or treat themselves to something special from their favourite shops in our marketplace. The rewards feel genuinely useful and personal, so they’re more motivated to keep going.
No streaks
Members aren’t punished for missing a day. Life is busy, and we believe that progress always beats perfection.
Community
Opt-in challenges and leaderboards offer support and accountability without pressure.
We’re on a mission to positively impact a billion lives by motivating everybody to live a happier, healthier, longer life for greater collective impact.
Join our feel-good movement to give people rewards that matter, build a more energised workforce and spark a ripple effect that benefits society.
